Within 24 hours of your home inspection you will receive a detailed, computerized report identifying any deficiencies found during the inspection.
A thorough inspection will be performed of the following:
Roof (coverings, gutter systems, flashings, vents, etc.) Exterior (siding, veneer, doors, windows, faucets, Grounds & Drainage Heating & Cooling Systems Plumbing (wells & septic systems not inspected) Electrical System Kitchen & Laundry Rooms (cabinetry, built-in appliances, etc.) Bathrooms (sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, cabinets, etc.) Interior Rooms (doors, windows, fireplace/woodstove, smoke detectors, stairs/balconies) Attached Garage & Carport Attic (framing, insulation, ventilation, vents, etc.) Foundation
PEST & DRY ROT / WOOD DESTROYING ORGANISM INSPECTION
A pest and dry rot inspection differs from a whole house inspection in that it reports on damage and specific conditions conducive to damage from wood destroying organisms, such as:
Termites Carpenter Ants Beetles Fungi Drainage Deficiencies Plumbing Leaks Earth to Wood Contact Debris Inadequate Ventilation Vegetation Contact
